Ballantyne Occupational Therapy operates by appointment only.

To ensure focused, uninterrupted care for clients during therapy sessions, the practice uses a fully automated online booking and communication system.

All bookings and enquiries are managed via WhatsApp Business by the therapist herself. Please note that Tamsin is not always available to take phone calls, as she may be in sessions, assessments, or visits. For this reason, WhatsApp is the preferred and most reliable way to make contact.
